III. Collecting of Your Information A. Provision of Username and Password We assign you a username, and you create a password to access ePetHealth.com. We strongly encourage you to choose a password that only you know and that would be extremely difficult for others to guess (such as using combinations of letters, numbers and special characters). You may change your password at any time. B. Profile Information Once you start using ePetHealth.com, you may provide additional information (such as, cell, work and lost-and-found phone numbers) in the profile section. Providing additional information about you or your companion-pet(s) beyond what is minimally required at registration is entirely up to you. Any information you provide in the profile section may be used by ePetHealth.com and/or your veterinary professional as described in this Privacy Policy. If you decide not to share certain information, you may not receive the full benefits of being an ePetHealth.com user. C. Customer Service We may collect information through ePetHealth.com in order to, among other things, accurately categorize and respond to customer inquiries and investigate breaches of this Privacy Policy. This includes email messages you send to us for support. D. Site Usage We may collect information related to the tools and built-in applications you use on ePetHealth.com in order to assess the effectiveness of the site as a value-added resource for our users.
